研究目的：

本研究通过评估园艺疗法在肿瘤患者中的实施效果，探讨其对患者心理韧性、生活质量、焦虑及抑郁情绪的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study assesses the implementation effectiveness of horticultural therapy in cancer patients and examines its impact on patients' psychological resilience, quality of life, and symptoms of anxiety and depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理检查确诊为恶性肿瘤； 2.年龄在18岁以上，80岁以下； 3.意识清楚，能够配合研究； 4.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书； 5.预计生存期≥3 个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of malignant tumor; 2. Age between 18 and 80 years; 3. Conscious and clear-minded, able to cooperate with the study; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and provide signed informed consent; 5. Expected survival period of >=3 months.

排除标准：

1.存在严重的心、肝、肾功能障碍； 2.存在精神疾病或认知功能障碍； 3.近期遭受重大应激事件； 4.对植物或花粉过敏 ； 5.不愿意接受园艺疗法干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe impairment of cardiac, hepatic, or renal function; 2. Diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 3. Experienced significant stressful events within the past three months; 4. History of allergy to plant or pollens; 5. Unwilling to participate in horticultural therapy intervention.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究数据通过纸质病例报告表收集，包括人口学资料、临床信息及量表评分。所有数据由双人独立录入电子表格建立数据库，并进行逻辑核查以确保准确性。经审核无误后，由主要研究者在统计分析前对数据集进行锁定，锁定后的数据不再作任何更改。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Study data were collected using paper-based Case Report Forms, including demographic characteristics, clinical information, and scale scores. All data were double-entered independently into an electronic spreadsheet to create a database, with logical consistency checks performed to ensure accuracy. After verification and confirmation of accuracy, the final dataset was locked by the principal investigator prior to statistical analysis. Once locked, no further modifications were made to the data.
