研究目的：

开发以人工智能为基础的孕产妇心理健康监测模型，通过对智能手环采集的生命体征数据、临床资料和面部照片等多模态数据的整合分析，构建易行、准确的产后抑郁症预测模型，实现早期预警。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop an artificial intelligence-based mental health monitoring model for pregnant women. By integrating and analyzing multi-modal data such as vital signs collected by smart wristbands, clinical data, and facial photos, a feasible and accurate prediction model for postpartum depression is constructed to achieve early warning.

纳入标准：

PPD高风险组纳入标准： （1）早孕期（＜14周）经EPDS评估可能存在抑郁倾向（分值≥13分）； （2）年龄≥18 岁； （3）在复旦大学附属妇产科医院建卡并计划分娩。 PPD低风险组纳入标准： （1）早孕期（＜14周）经EPDS评估评估无明显抑郁倾向（分值＜12分）； （2）年龄≥18 岁； （3）在复旦大学附属妇产科医院建卡并计划分娩。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the PPD high-risk group: (1) During the early pregnancy period (less than 14 weeks), there is an assessment of possible depressive tendencies by EPDS (score >= 13 points); (2) Age >=18 years old; (3) Have established a medical record at Fudan University Affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and plan to give birth. Inclusion criteria for the PPD low-risk group: (1) During the early pregnancy period (less than 14 weeks), there is no obvious depressive tendency assessed by EPDS (score < 12 points); (2) Age >= 18 years old; (3) Have established a medical record at Fudan University Affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and plan to give birth.

排除标准：

排除标准： （1）存在确认的严重健康状况（子痫-重度子痫前期、恶性肿瘤、严重的心脑血管疾病、脑损伤、瘫痪等重大疾患等）； （2）孕前和/或妊娠期精神疾病史和/或精神类疾病用药史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of confirmed severe health conditions (e.g. eclampsia-severe preeclampsia, malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, brain injury, paralysis, etc.). (2) History of mental disorders before pregnancy and/or during pregnancy, and/or history of medication for mental disorders.
