回顾性分析临床病例及组织标本，聚焦EM病灶与周围正常组织中靶点的表达差异，系统探讨临床及病理因素对其表达的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospective analysis of clinical cases and tissue specimens, focusing on the expression differences of target between endometriosis (EM) lesions and adjacent normal tissue, and systematically investigating the effects of clinical and pathological factors on their expression

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在18~50岁之间（含边界值）； 2. 月经周期21~35天（含边界值），且手术前近1年月经周期变化差值<7d； 3. 经腹腔镜检查+组织病理学确诊为EM，临床和病理资料完整； 4. 具有痛经症状； 5. 临床资料完整，包含人口学信息、病史、检查结果、手术记录、病理报告等关键数据；病历中包含明确的末次月经记录或性激素六项结果，可明确判断月经周期阶段

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 50 years (inclusive). 2. Regular menstrual cycle ranging from 21 to 35 days (inclusive), with cycle variation less than 7 days within the 1 year prior to surgery. 3. Pathologically confirmed endometriosis by laparoscopy and histopathological examination, with complete clinical and pathological data. 4. Presence of dysmenorrhea. 5. Complete clinical data, including demographic information, medical history, examination results, surgical records, and pathological reports; clear documentation of last menstrual period or sex hormone results to allow determination of menstrual cycle phase.

合并恶性肿瘤的患者
