Objectives of Study：

To improve preoperative diagnostic accuracy for juxtaposition of the atrial appendages (JAA) through autopsy findings and literature review.

纳入标准：

1.双侧心耳位于大动脉同侧的先天性心脏病胎儿；

Inclusion criteria

1.A fetus with congenital heart disease whose bilateral atrial appendages are located on the same side as the major arteries;

排除标准：

1.胎儿无心脏异常；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The fetus has no cardiac abnormalities;
