研究目的：

本研究旨在收集我院 2025 年 12月至 2026 年 6 月 100 例患者，基于 CT 探究椎管内硬膜外脂肪与腹壁肌肉脂肪、内脏脂肪的关联性，为 SEL 的代谢机制提供影像学依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to enroll 100 patients from December 2025 to June 2026 at our hospital. Based on CT imaging, we will investigate the correlations between epidural fat within the spinal canal, abdominal wall muscle adipose tissue, and visceral adipose tissue (VAT). The goal is to provide imaging evidence for elucidating the metabolic mechanisms underlying Spinal Epidural Lipomatosis (SEL).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.①年龄≥18 岁，行全腹部及腰椎 CT 检查者；②无脊柱手术、肿瘤、外伤史；③无激素 类药物使用史或内分泌疾病（如库欣综合征）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years, underwent full abdominal and lumbar spine CT scans; 2. No history of spinal surgery, tumors, or trauma; 3. No history of hormonal medication use or endocrine disorders (e.g., Cushing's syndrome).

排除标准：

1.①严重脊柱侧弯、椎体骨 折；②图像伪影影响测量。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe scoliosis or vertebral fracture; 2. Image artifacts compromising measurement accuracy.
