研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨计算机化认知训练联合运动对养老机构老年人内在能力的影响，构建并验证一套科学、可行的护理干预方案，以期有效延缓老年人内在能力的下降，促进健康老龄化。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of computerized cognitive training combined with exercise on the intrinsic capacity of older adults in nursing homes, and to develop and validate a scientific and feasible nursing intervention protocol, with the expectation of effectively delaying the decline of intrinsic capacity and promoting healthy aging.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 >= 60岁； 2.居住在养老机构； 3.经评估存在内在能力下降； 4.视力、听力可配合完成干预和评估； 5.本人及法定监护人知情同意，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Residing in a nursing institution; 3. Evaluated to have a decline in intrinsic abilities; 4. Vision and hearing sufficient to cooperate with intervention and assessment; 5. Informed consent from the individual and legal guardian, voluntarily participating.

排除标准：

1.诊断为中重度痴呆（如MMSE < 17分）； 2.患有严重精神疾病（如精神分裂症、重度抑郁症急性期）； 3.患有严重心肺疾病、骨关节疾病等，无法耐受运动干预； 4.近期（3个月内）参加过其他认知训练干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosed with moderate to severe dementia (e.g., MMSE < 17); 2. Suffering from severe mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, acute phase of major depressive disorder); 3. Suffering from severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, bone, or joint diseases, unable to tolerate exercise intervention; 4. Participated in other cognitive training intervention studies recently (within the past 3 months).

imple randomization was employed. A third-party research assistant, who was not involved in the intervention or assessment, used computer software to generate a random number sequence. Eligible older adults were randomly allocated to the intervention group or the control group in a 1:1 ratio according to this sequence.
