研究目的：

探索二维ICE引导下心脏起搏系统植入的可行性，优化操作步骤和技术细节，以期应对不适用X射线植入心脏起搏系统的情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility of two-dimensional ICE guided cardiac pacing system implantation, and optimize the operation steps and technical details in order to cope with the situation that X-ray is not suitable for implantation of cardiac pacing system.

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18周岁 2. 根据现行指南，符合起搏器适应证并准备首次在胸部经静脉植入永久性起搏器者 3. 符合心腔内超声心动图成像适用范围。 4. 本人签署知情同意书，预期能够完成方案要求的所有定期随访和检查

Inclusion criteria

1. age >=18 years old 2. Patients who met the indications for pacemaker implantation according to current guidelines and were preparing for the first transvenous implantation of a permanent pacemaker in the chest 3. It was consistent with the application of intracardiac echocardiography. 4. Patients provided written informed consent and were expected to complete all scheduled follow-up visits and examinations as required by the protocol

排除标准：

1. 体内存在其他有源或被废弃的心脏植入物 2. 已行心脏相关外科手术（包括心室切开术、心房切开术、房间隔封堵术或左心耳封堵术），或瓣膜相关外科手术（如瓣膜修复术或置换术，或存在人工瓣膜等），或存在严重的心脏瓣膜疾病 3. 存在已知禁忌情况，包括败血症、严重凝血异常、心腔内血栓、严重心绞痛或心力衰竭、深静脉血栓形成、严重外周血管疾病、血流动力学不稳定或恶性肿瘤病史等 4. 计划怀孕、孕期或哺乳期女性 5. 参与其他干预性临床研究者 6. 研究者判断受试者依从性差，无法按照要求完成研究，以及其他不宜参加本次临床研究的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other active or discarded cardiac implants were present in patients 2. Patients had undergone cardiac-related surgery (including ventriculotomy, atriotomy, atrial septal occlusion, or left atrial appendage occlusion) or valve-related surgery 3. Patients had known contraindications, including sepsis, severe coagulation abnormalities, intracardiac thrombosis, severe angina or heart failure, deep vein thrombosis, severe peripheral vascular disease, hemodynamic instability, or a history of malignancy 4. Women who plan to become pregnant, pregnant, or breastfeeding 5. Participating in other interventional clinical investigators 6. The investigator judged that the subjects had poor compliance, were unable to complete the study as required, and were otherwise not suitable for participating in this clinical study
