通过问卷调查和访谈法了解高校学员创伤致心理应激现状、创伤后成长水平、幸福指数以及心理弹性水平，探讨分析学员创伤后成长相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current state of psychological stress due to trauma, post-traumatic growth levels, happiness index, and psychological resilience among college students through questionnaire surveys and interviews, and to explore and analyze the factors related to post-traumatic growth among the students.

纳入标准：

1.在校学员； 2.具有良好的认知和理解能力； 3.自愿参与本调查； 4.年龄＞18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Students in school; 2. Have good cognitive and comprehension skills; 3. Participate in this survey on a voluntary basis; 4. Age> 18 years old.

排除标准：

近期接受心理治疗或正在服用精神类药物者

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals who have recently undergone psychological treatment or are currently taking psychiatric medication.
