研究目的：

1、探究两种手术方式后，患者在执行与食欲、饱腹感、内脏感觉及食物线索相关的认知任务时，其大脑特定区域（如岛叶、前扣带皮层、前额叶皮层、眶额叶皮层、杏仁核、岛叶、基底节等）的激活程度和模式的差异。 2、探究两种手术方式后，患者大脑与胃肠道之间功能连接的改变，重点关注“肠-脑轴”通信的完整性。 3、将神经影像学的发现与患者的临床结局（如体重变化、营养改变）、消化道症状（如食欲、早饱、腹胀、腹泻、恶心、呕吐等）、以及心理状态（如进食行为、焦虑、抑郁、生活质量）进行关联分析。 4、探索术前术后的大脑活动和连接模式，揭示患者对不同手术方式的耐受性和术后生活质量，为实现个体化手术方案选择提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate, after two types of surgical procedures, the differences in activation levels and patterns in specific brain regions (such as the insula, anterior cingulate cortex, prefrontal cortex, orbitofrontal cortex, amygdala, insula, basal ganglia, etc.) when patients perform cognitive tasks related to appetite, satiety, visceral sensations, and food cues. 2. Explore, after two types of surgical procedures, the changes in functional connectivity between the brain and the gastrointestinal tract, with a focus on the integrity of the "gut-brain axis" communication. 3. Correlate neuroimaging findings with patients' clinical outcomes (such as changes in body weight and nutrition), gastrointestinal symptoms (such as appetite, early satiety, bloating, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, etc.), and psychological status (such as eating behavior, anxiety, depression, and quality of life). 4. Explore preoperative and postoperative brain activity and connectivity patterns to reveal patients' tolerance to different surgical procedures and postoperative quality of life, providing a basis for personalized surgical plan selection.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁≤年龄≤70岁，右利手；2.确诊为消化道肿瘤（包括胃上皮内瘤变、胃癌、胃上皮下肿瘤等），首次实施消化道手术者；3.既往无神经及精神科疾病病史；4.颅脑CT或MRI未显示颅脑异常患者

Inclusion criteria

1.Age between 18 and 70 years, right-handed. 2.Diagnosed with a digestive tract tumor (including gastric intraepithelial neoplasia, gastric cancer, subepithelial gastric tumors, etc.), and undergoing digestive tract surgery for the first time; 3.No history of neurological or psychiatric diseases; 4.Cranial CT or MRI shows no abnormalities in the brain.

排除标准：

1.全麻手术禁忌者；2.既往接受放化疗患者；3. 既往有颅脑疾病或相关手术史的患者；4.酗酒史患者、中枢兴奋性或抑制性药物滥用者及术后严重并发症的患者；5.体内存在植入式金属电子设备。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are contraindicated for general anesthesia. 2.Patients who have previously received radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 3.Patients with a history of cranial disease or related surgery. 4.Patients with a history of alcohol abuse, abuse of central nervous system stimulants or depressants, and those who have had severe postoperative complications. 5.Presence of implanted metallic electronic devices in the body.
