纳入标准：

美国麻醉医师学会（ASA）分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级、年龄18-65岁、BMI：18-24 kg/m^2

Inclusion criteria

American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I to III, aged 18 to 65 years old, body mass index (BMI): 18 to 24 kg/m^2.

排除标准：

孕妇、精神疾病患者或无法配合患者、操作区域有感染及腰椎穿刺有禁忌、局麻药过敏、凝血功能障碍及其他严重系统疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women, patients with mental disorders or those who are unable to cooperate, patients with infections in the operation area or contraindications for lumbar puncture, patients allergic to local anesthetics, patients with coagulation disorders, and patients with other serious systemic diseases.
