研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性队列分析，探究在椎间融合术中使用BMP是否能有效弥补糖尿病患者的骨融合缺陷，并评估其对临床功能结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate whether the use of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) during spinal fusion surgery can effectively compensate for bone fusion defects in diabetic patients through a retrospective cohort analysis, and to evaluate its impact on clinical functional outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为腰椎滑脱症，且经保守治疗无效； 2.行TLIF手术治疗；术后随访时间≥6个月； 3.末次随访时拥有完整的腰椎CT影像资料以评估融合情况。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with lumbar spondylolisthesis and unresponsive to conservative treatment; 2. Underwent TLIF surgery; postoperative follow-up period >= 6 months; 3. Possession of complete lumbar CT imaging at final follow-up to assess fusion status.

排除标准：

1.合并脊柱肿瘤、结核或严重感染； 2.既往有腰椎手术史（翻修手术）； 3.临床资料或影像学资料缺失； 4.失访或末次随访未行CT检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Spinal tumors, tuberculosis, or severe infections; 2. History of lumbar spine surgery (revision surgery); 3. Missing clinical or imaging data; 4. Loss to follow-up or absence of CT scan at last follow-up.
