研究目的：

本课题拟基于术前腹部CT影像组学特征与临床指标，开发并验证一个结直肠癌术前预后鉴别模型。该研究不仅旨在推动影像组学方法学在结直肠癌领域的深化应用，更致力于为临床术前风险分层与个体化治疗决策提供客观、量化的支持，最终为改善患者预后与生活质量贡献力量。  

Objectives of Study：

This project plans to develop and validate a pre-operative prognostic discrimination model for colorectal cancer based on preoperative abdominal CT imaging characteristics and clinical indicators. This study not only aims to promote the deepening application of imaging omics methodology in the field of colorectal cancer, but also aims to provide objective and quantitative support for clinical preoperative risk stratification and individualized treatment decision-making, and ultimately contribute to improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.实验组：经病理或增强CT/MRI/PET-CT证实为结直肠癌肝转移；
2.对照组：根治性手术后随访≥12个月无肝转移。

Inclusion criteria

1.Experimental group: colorectal cancer liver metastasis confirmed by pathology or enhanced ct/mri/pet-ct; 2.Control group: no liver metastasis after radical surgery for >= 12 months.

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤史；
2.重度脂肪肝、肝硬化等弥漫性肝病；
3.CT前接受抗肿瘤治疗；
4.病灶短径<10mm或完全囊性/钙化灶；
5.图像存在严重伪影。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other malignant tumor history;
2.Diffuse liver diseases such as severe fatty liver and liver cirrhosis;
3.Received anti-tumor therapy before CT;
4.Lesions with short diameter <10mm or complete cystic / calcified lesions;
5.There are serious artifacts in the image.
