研究目的：

研究纳米炭示踪剂注射时机对接受新辅助治疗的直肠癌患者行腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术中淋巴结清扫中的相关作用  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the role of the timing of carbon nanoparticle tracer injection in lymph node dissection during laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer in patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、肠镜及病理确诊为直肠癌，经超声内镜和MRI评估术前临床分期，满足新辅助放化疗指征的病人； 2、初诊病人，既往未接受过抗肿瘤治疗； 3、取得病人或其监护人的同意，并签订试验的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with rectal cancer confirmed by colonoscopy and pathology, whose preoperative clinical stage was assessed by endoscopic ultrasonography and MRI, and who met the indications for neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy; 2. Newly diagnosed patients who had not received any prior anti-tumor treatment; 3. Consent obtained from the patient or their legal guardian, and the informed consent form for the trial signed.

排除标准：

1.有远处脏器转移或腹膜转移 2.无法耐受放化疗及手术治疗 3.出现梗阻、出血、穿孔等急诊情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of distant organ metastasis or peritoneal metastasis. 2. Inability to tolerate chemoradiotherapy or surgical treatment. 3. Emergency conditions such as obstruction, bleeding, or perforation.
