研究目的：

1. 基于ABCX模型（A：压力源事件，B：资源，C：认知，X：危机），挖掘中青年克罗恩病患者产生社会疏离感的真实体验与内在感知 2. 分析模型中压力源、可利用资源、认知评价分别对这类患者社会疏离感的作用方式与影响程度 3. 明确模型各维度的交互作用如何影响患者的社会疏离感状态，为医护人员制定降低患者社会疏离感的干预方案提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the ABCX model (A: Stressor events, B: Resources, C: Cognition, X: Crisis), explore the authentic experiences and intrinsic perceptions of social isolation among young and middle-aged Crohn's disease patients 2. Analyse the respective mechanisms and impact levels of stressors, available resources, and cognitive evaluations within the model on social isolation in this patient group 3. Clarify how the interactions among the model's dimensions influence patients' social isolation status, thereby providing evidence for healthcare professionals to develop intervention strategies aimed at reducing patients' social isolation.

纳入标准：

1.明确符合CD诊断标准 2.年龄18-65岁 3.认知与沟通能力：意识清晰，能够正常沟通，可准确表达自身感受与体验 4.知情同意：自愿参与研究，能够配合完成访谈等研究流程

Inclusion criteria

1. Clearly meet the diagnostic criteria for CD 2. Aged between 18 and 65 years 3. Cognitive and communication abilities: alert and oriented, able to communicate effectively, and capable of accurately expressing personal feelings and experiences 4. Informed consent: voluntary participation in the study, with the ability to cooperate throughout research procedures including interviews

排除标准：

1.合并有其他严重的躯体疾病、精神疾病；克罗恩病处于重度活动期，或存在严重的肠道并发症 2.存在认知障碍、语言障碍，无法正常表达自身感受 3.正在参与其他同类研究；无法配合完成研究全程的患者 4.半年内有家庭重大变故者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concurrent severe physical or mental illnesses; Crohn's disease in a highly active phase, or presence of severe intestinal complications 2. Cognitive or language impairments preventing adequate expression of personal experiences 3. Participation in other comparable studies; inability to complete the entire study protocol 4. Significant family upheaval within the preceding six months

本研究采用半结构化深度访谈采集数据，使用专用质性访谈CRF记录；电子数据通过Nvivo管理，全程去标识化、加密存储、双人核对，确保数据安全、完整与可追溯。

This study employed semi-structured in-depth interviews for data collection, utilising dedicated qualitative interview case report forms (CRFs) for documentation. Electronic data was managed through Nvivo, undergoing complete de-identification, encrypted storage, and double-checked verification to ensure data security, integrity, and traceability.
