研究目的：

本研究的总体目标是围绕生命早期“环境暴露—生育健康—儿童发育”关键链条，系统构建多源环境暴露与母婴健康数据深度融合的监测与分析体系，阐明生命早期环境暴露特征及其与不良妊娠结局和儿童发育风险之间的关联模式与潜在作用路径，通过多维暴露评估、风险建模与智能预警技术，实现对生育健康和儿童发育风险的早期识别与精准干预，为我国妇幼健康风险防控和公共卫生决策提供科学依据和技术支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

The overall goal of this study is to focus on the key chain of “environmental exposure – reproductive health – child development” in early life, and systematically establish a monitoring and analysis system that deeply integrates multi-source environmental exposure and maternal-infant health data.We aim to characterize environmental exposure during early life, and clarify its association patterns and potential pathways with adverse pregnancy outcomes and child developmental risks.Using multi-dimensional exposure assessment, risk modeling and intelligent early warning technologies, we will achieve early identification and precise intervention of reproductive health and child development risks.This study will provide a scientific basis and technical support for the prevention and control of maternal and child health risks and for public health decision-making in China.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=20 周岁； 2. 孕周在 20-26 周； 3. 计划在建档医院分娩； 4. 能自主填写调查问卷。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 20 years old; 2. Gestational age between 20-26 weeks; 3. Plan to give birth at the hospital where medical records are being established; 4. Able to fill out the questionnaire independently.

排除标准：

1.孕妇近一年半内有省外常住计划；
2.胎儿基因诊断异常；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The pregnant woman plans to reside outside her home province in the recent 1.5 years. 2.Abnormal findings on fetal genetic testing.
