研究目的：

本次研究可积累远程手术数据，为制定远程手术的操作流程规范、安全评估标准提供实证依据。同时，远程手术涉及临床医学、生物医学工程、通信工程、人工智能、网络安全等多个学科领域，其科研实践可促进不同学科的深度协作，催生跨学科的创新成果，推动医疗科技的整体进步。  

Objectives of Study：

This study can accumulate remote surgical data, providing empirical evidence for the development of operational procedures and safety assessment standards for remote surgery. At the same time, remote surgery involves multiple disciplines such as clinical medicine, biomedical engineering, communication engineering, artificial intelligence, and network security. Its scientific research practice can promote deep collaboration among different disciplines, stimulate interdisciplinary innovation achievements, and promote the overall progress of medical technology.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 45 周岁≤年龄≤85周岁，男性； 2.需要行良性前列腺增生（BPH）腺体组织切除手术者，国际前列腺症状评分 （IPSS）≥8分； 3.最大尿流率（Qmax）≤15ml/s（尿量≥125ml）或尿潴留留置尿管者； 4. 30ml≤前列腺体积≤120ml； 5.受试者或其监护人能够理解研究目的，显示对试验方案足够的依从性，并签署知情同意书（Informed Consent Form，ICF）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 45 and 85 years old, male. 2. Those who need to undergo surgery for the removal of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) glandular tissue should have an International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) of 8 or above. 3. Patients with a maximum urine flow rate (Qmax) of <= 15 ml/s (urine volume >= 125 ml) or those with urinary retention requiring indwelling catheterization; 4. The volume of the prostate is between 30 ml and 120 ml. 5. The subjects or their guardians can understand the research purpose, demonstrate sufficient compliance with the trial protocol, and sign the Informed Consent Form (ICF).

排除标准：

1.已知存在前列腺癌或5年内存在膀胱癌病史或疑似患有上述疾病；
2.存在神经源性膀胱；
3.存在尿道狭窄无法置入手术器械；
4.患有无法同期处理的膀胱结石；
5.残余尿量（Post-void Residual，PVR）>300ml（尿潴留留置尿管除外）；
6.既往接受过前列腺手术（穿刺除外）；
7.疑似有肠穿孔和肠内异物尚未取出者；
8.存在或疑似肛门、直肠和结肠病变部位严重发炎，粘连缩窄者；
9.有重要内外科疾病，导致无法耐受手术；
10.对手术过程的麻醉药物、润滑剂、设备材料等过敏；
11.抗凝药物、抗血小板药物安全停药未达7天；
12.精神、智力异常无法配合治疗和评价者；
13.筛选前30天内参加了其它药物、生物制剂或器械临床试验；
14.研究者判断不适合入选的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known to have a history of prostate cancer or bladder cancer within five years or suspected of having the above diseases. 2. Neurogenic bladder; 3. There is urethral stricture, making it impossible to insert surgical instruments. 4. Having bladder stones that cannot be treated simultaneously; 5. Post-void residual (PVR) > 300 ml (except for indwelling catheter due to urinary retention); 6. Has undergone prostate surgery in the past (biopsy excluded); 7. Those suspected of having intestinal perforation and with foreign bodies in the intestine that have not yet been removed. 8. Severe inflammation, adhesion and stenosis are present or suspected at the lesion sites of the anus, rectum and colon. 9. There are significant internal or surgical diseases that make the patient unable to tolerate the operation. 10. Those with mental or intellectual abnormalities who are unable to cooperate with treatment and evaluation. 11. Allergic to anesthetic drugs, lubricants, equipment materials, etc. used in the surgical procedure. 12. The safe withdrawal period of anticoagulant drugs and antiplatelet drugs has not reached 7 days. 13. Exclude those who have participated in other drug, biological agent or device clinical trials within the past 30 days. 14. Other situations judged by the researchers as unsuitable for inclusion.
