研究目的：

监测重症AECOPD合并侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者伏立康唑谷浓度（cmin）水平及达标情况，并探讨伏立康唑血药浓度在该人群达标的影响因素，为重症AECOPD合并侵袭性肺曲霉菌病患者合理使用伏立康唑提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Monitor the trough concentration (cmin) level and the attainment status of voriconazole in patients with severe AECOPD complicated with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis, and explore the influencing factors of voriconazole blood concentration reaching the standard in this population, in order to provide a reference for the rational use of voriconazole in patients with severe AECOPD complicated with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2020年1月-2026年2月在南京鼓楼医院呼吸与危重症医学科监护室接受治疗患者； 2.诊断为慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重； 3.使用伏立康唑进行抗侵袭性肺曲霉菌病治疗； 4.进行伏立康唑血药浓度监测。

Inclusion criteria

1. From January 2020 to February 2026, treated patients in the Intensive Care Unit of the Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine Department of Nanjing Gulou Hospital; 2. Diagnosed with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Treated with voriconazole for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis; 4. Conducted monitoring of voriconazole blood concentration.

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18 岁； 2.相关临床信息不全患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age less than 18 years old; 2. Patients with incomplete relevant clinical information.
