研究目的：

分析胰十二指肠切除术后发生出血（Postpancreaticoduodenectomy hemorrhage，PPH）临床病例特征及风险因素，了解PPH患者发生情况、存在问题及护理对策，筛选胰十二指肠切除术后出血独立风险因素，初步构建PPH护理防范策略，旨在为临床护士早期识别术后出血的高危人群，采取预见性管理，以提高胰十二指肠切除术后护理质量，保障患者围手术期安全。  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of pancreaticoduodenal resection after hemorrhage (Postpancreaticoduodenectomy hemorrhage, PPH) clinical characteristics and risk factors, understanding occurs in patients with PPH, problems and nursing countermeasures, screening after resection of pancreatic duodenal bleeding independent risk factors, The preliminary construction of PPH nursing prevention strategy aims at early identification of high-risk groups of postoperative bleeding for clinical nurses, and the implementation of predictive management, so as to improve the quality of nursing after pancreaticoduodenectomy and ensure the perioperative safety of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18 岁； 2.开腹或腔镜下行胰十二指肠切除术； 3.止血措施为开腹再次手术、DSA 或胃镜下止血。 4.腹腔引流管24小时共排≥300ml血性液并予输悬浮红细胞的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. age > 18 years old; 2. Open or laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy; 3. Hemostasis measures were reoperation, DSA or endoscopic hemostasis. 4. Patients who discharged more than 300ml blood fluid in 24 hours by abdominal drainage tube and transfused suspended red blood cells.

术前已发生出血的患者
