研究目的：

1.描述本院CRKP的临床特征与耐药谱； 2.CRKP的院内传播模式分析  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the clinical characteristics and antimicrobial resistance profile of CRKP in our hospital. 2. Analyze the nosocomial transmission patterns of CRKP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1)收集我院2026.1.1-2026.12.31，使用Vitek 2-compact 型全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪进行菌株鉴定后为CRKP 菌株；对亚胺培南、美罗培南、厄他培南或多利培南任何一种碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药者。参照CLSI 2021 M100 标准进行药敏试验结果判读:亚胺培南或美罗培南中任一种的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)≥4μg/mL,或厄他培南≥2μg/mL;
2) 年龄≥18 周岁；
3) 微生物培养结果证实检出肺炎克雷伯菌，并结合临床诊断区分感染与定植；
4) 临床及相关数据资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.Collect CRKP isolates identified in our hospital from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The isolates were identified using the VITEK 2 Compact automated microbial identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing system. CRKP was defined as Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates that were resistant to at least one carbapenem antibiotic, including imipenem, meropenem, ertapenem, or doripenem. Antimicrobial susceptibility results were interpreted according to the CLSI 2021 M100 guidelines. Resistance criteria were defined as a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)>=4 μg/mL for either imipenem or meropenem, or MIC >=2 μg/mL for ertapenem. 2.Patients aged>=18 years. 3.Klebsiella pneumoniae was confirmed by microbiological culture, and infection was distinguished from colonization based on clinical diagnosis. 4.Complete clinical and related data were available.

排除标准：

1)年龄<18 周岁；
2) 为肺炎克雷伯菌定植或其他细菌感染；
3) 标本严重污染或为同一患者相同部位分离的重复菌株；
4) 临床及相关数据资料缺失；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients aged <18 years.
2.Patients with Klebsiella pneumoniae colonization or infections caused by other bacteria.
3.Specimens with severe contamination or duplicate isolates from the same anatomical site of the same patient.
4.Patients with missing clinical or related data.
