研究目的：

使用髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折，术中复位和维持复位有时会很困难。我们介绍了一种相对简便的借助驱血带复位的技术。这项回顾性病例对照研究评估了该技术在髌上入路髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的效率和疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Intraoperative reduction and maintenance of that reduction sometimes can be difficult when utilizing an intramedullary nail (IMN) to treat a diaphyseal tibial fracture. We describe a relatively easy-to-perform technique of reduction with the aid of an Esmarch bandage. This retrospective case-control study evaluates the efficiency and efficacy of this technique for suprapatellar tibial nailing.

纳入标准：

1. 手术时年龄≥18岁。 2. 单侧关节外移位闭合性胫骨干骨折。 3. 签署临床研究知情同意书。 4. 从受伤到手术≤15天。

Inclusion criteria

1. At least 18 years old at the time of surgery. 2. A unilateral extra-articular displaced closed tibial shaft fracture. 3. Sign the informed consent form(ICF). 4. Undergo surgery within 15 days of injury.

排除标准：

1. 没有完整的手术记录或手术记录没有记载如何复位的。 2. 患者无法参与康复和随访。 3. 骨折线涉及邻近关节面。 4. 病理性骨折，开放性骨折和合并神经血管损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The surgical records are incomplete or lack documentation of the reduction technique. 2. Cannot participate in rehabilitation and follow-up. 3.The fracture line extends into the adjacent joint surface. 4. The fracture is pathological, open, or associated with neurovascular injury.
