研究目的：

构建 “妊娠前 AI 营养指导 - 妊娠期 AI 疾病预测 - 高风险 AI 产前诊断辅助” 三维管理系统，验证该系统在营养达标率提升、疾病风险识别准确率改善、诊断效率优化及母婴不良结局降低中的效果，同时评估系统安全性、可用性及对门诊流程的适配性，关注孕妇焦虑（GAD-7）、抑郁（PHQ-9）评分降低情况与营养自我效能感提升情况，解决当前母婴健康单环节管理碎片化问题，通过模块间数据联动（如营养数据反哺疾病预测、诊断结果优化营养方案），降低母婴不良结局（早产、低出生体重儿）发生率，为基层妇幼健康服务提供可推广的智能化方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a three-dimensional management system of "pre-pregnancy AI nutritional guidance - pregnancy AI disease prediction - high-risk AI prenatal diagnosis assistance", verify the system's effects in improving the nutrition compliance rate, enhancing the accuracy of pregnancy disease risk identification, optimizing the diagnosis efficiency and reducing adverse maternal and infant outcomes. Meanwhile, evaluate the system's safety, usability and adaptability to outpatient procedures, pay attention to the reduction of pregnant women's anxiety (GAD-7) and depression (PHQ-9) scores as well as the improvement of their nutritional self-efficacy. Solve the current fragmented problem of single-link management in maternal and infant health, reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes (premature birth, low birth weight infants) through data linkage between modules (e.g., nutritional data feeding back to disease prediction, diagnosis results optimizing nutritional plans), and provide a promotable intelligent solution for primary maternal and child health services.

纳入标准：

1.覆盖全周期人群： （1）妊娠前组：计划妊娠女性（妊娠前 6 个月内），年龄 20-40 岁； （2）妊娠期低中风险组：妊娠 6-28 周，无明确产前诊断指征，年龄 18-45 岁； （3）妊娠期高风险组：妊娠 11-36 周，符合产前诊断指征（羊水异常、胎儿畸形可疑、遗传病家族史、预产期年龄≥35 岁、产筛 / 无创 DNA 高风险等），年龄 18-45 岁； 2.自愿参加并签署知情同意书； 3.能理解中文语言，可使用智能设备（手机 / 电脑）完成 AI 系统交互； 4.无严重沟通障碍或认知障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. Covering all - cycle populations: (1) Pre - pregnancy group: Women planning pregnancy (within 6 months before pregnancy), aged 20 - 40 years old; (2) Low - and medium - risk group during pregnancy: 6 - 28 weeks of pregnancy, without definite indications for prenatal diagnosis, aged 18 - 45 years old; (3) High - risk group during pregnancy: 11 - 36 weeks of pregnancy, meeting the indications for prenatal diagnosis (abnormal amniotic fluid, suspected fetal malformation, family history of genetic diseases, expected date of delivery age >= 35 years old, high risk in prenatal screening / non - invasive DNA, etc.), aged 18 - 45 years old; 2. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 3. Can understand the Chinese language and use intelligent devices (mobile phones / computers) to complete the interaction with the AI system; 4. No serious communication disorders or cognitive impairments.

排除标准：

1.严重基础疾病：如慢性肾衰竭、肝硬化失代偿期、重度先天性心脏病等，无法配合长期随访； 2.精神疾病：如精神分裂症、重度抑郁发作，无法完成量表评估或系统操作； 3.妊娠结局已明确异常：如确诊难免流产、胎儿停育； 4.同时参与其他母婴健康干预研究，可能干扰本研究效应； 5.拒绝提供健康数据（如饮食日志、检查报告），影响 AI 模型构建。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe underlying diseases: Such as chronic renal failure, decompensated liver cirrhosis, severe congenital heart disease, etc., which prevent the subjects from cooperating with long-term follow-up; 2. Mental illnesses: Such as schizophrenia, major depressive episode, which make the subjects unable to complete scale assessment or system operation; 3. Clearly abnormal pregnancy outcomes: Such as confirmed inevitable abortion, fetal arrest; 4. Concurrent participation in other maternal and infant health intervention studies, which may interfere with the effect of this study; 5. Refusal to provide health data (e.g., diet logs, examination reports), which affects the construction of the AI model.
