Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of preoperative visit to the operating room on postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期于全麻下行腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术的患者 2.年龄≥65岁 3.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为I-III级。

Inclusion criteria

1.Elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. 2.Elderly patients aged >=65 years 3.The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score was grade II-III

排除标准：

（1）术前有认知功能障碍的患者或既往有认知功能障碍、痴呆和谵妄病史的患者； （2）一年内参与其他临床研究； （3）拒绝参与此研究； （4）因不配合或突发情况退出或死亡的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with preoperative cognitive impairment or a previous history of cognitive impairment, dementia, and delirium; (2) Participating in other clinical research within one year; (4) Refusing to participate in the study; (5) Patients who withdraw or die due to non-cooperation or sudden circumstances;.
