构建 2 型糖尿病合并皮肤瘙痒症的风险预测模型，以实现对高风险患者的早期识别和精准干预。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop a risk prediction model for type 2 diabetes with cutaneous pruritus to enable early identification and targeted intervention for high-risk patients.

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国 2 型糖尿病防治指南（2020 年版）》的糖尿病诊断标准； 2.符合糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症诊断依据《皮肤性病学（8 版）》； 3.年龄≥18 岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diabetes diagnostic criteria consistent with the Guideline for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus in China (2020 edition); 2. Diagnosis of diabetic pruritus is based on the criteria outlined in Dermatology (8th Edition). 3. Age >= 18 years.

排除标准：

1.既往有引起皮肤瘙痒的湿疹、皮炎等原发性皮肤病变； 2.既往有引起瘙痒的原发性全身性疾病：慢性肾病、甲状旁腺功能充进等； 3.既往有神经系统性疾病：多发性硬化症等； 4.既往有精神或身心疾病：焦虑症、抑郁症、躁狂症等； 5.既往有感染性疾病：艾滋病、病毒性肝炎等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of primary skin conditions such as eczema or dermatitis that cause skin itching. 2.History of primary systemic diseases causing pruritus: chronic kidney disease, hyperparathyroidism, etc. 3.History of neurological disorders: multiple sclerosis, etc. 4.History of mental or psychosomatic disorders: anxiety disorder, depression, manic disorder, etc. 5. Previous infectious diseases: AIDS, viral hepatitis, etc.

本研究通过收集 2 型糖尿病患者的基线资料，包括人口学特征、病程、血糖及代谢指标、并发症情况、皮肤瘙痒症状及生活方式因素等，数据来源于电子病历、问卷调查及实验室检查记录。所有数据在采集后进行清洗、编码和标准化处理，缺失值和异常值按照统一规范处理，以保证变量一致性和可分析性。整理后的数据保存在加密数据库中，仅研究团队可访问，并建立数据管理日志记录数据来源、录入和修改过程，确保可追溯性。研究过程中定期核对原始数据与数据库内容，并对变量筛选和分析结果进行团队复核，以保障数据的完整性、准确性和分析可靠性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study collected baseline data from patients with type 2 diabetes, including demographic characteristics, disease duration, blood glucose and metabolic indicators, complication status, skin itching symptoms, and lifestyle factors. Data sources comprised electronic medical records, questionnaire surveys, and laboratory test records. All data underwent cleaning, coding, and standardization post-collection. Missing and outlier values were processed according to uniform protocols to ensure variable consistency and analyzability. The processed data were stored in an encrypted database accessible only to the research team. A data management log was established to record data sources, entry processes, and modifications, ensuring traceability. Throughout the study, regular cross-checks were performed between raw data and database entries. Variable selection and analysis results underwent team review to safeguard data integrity, accuracy, and analytical reliability.
