研究目的：

比较蜂蜜敷料与传统盐水浸泡纱布敷料在巴基斯坦奎达资源有限的三级医疗机构中治疗各种开放性伤口的临床疗效和成本效益。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness of Honey Dressings versus Conventional Normal Saline-Soaked Gauze Dressings in managing diverse open wounds in a resource-constrained tertiary care setting of Quetta, Pakistan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 入组时患者年龄必须>=12岁。 2. 存在需要通过二期愈合或为延期闭合/植皮做准备的开放性伤口。 3. 伤口表面积>=10cm^2，以确保准确测量愈合时间和成本效益。 4. 患者（或法定授权代表）必须提供书面知情同意书参与研究。 5. 患者预期在评估主要结局（伤口愈合）所需的必要期间内保持住院或可在医院随访，并能配合敷料方案。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients must be 12 years of age or older at the time of enrollment. 2. Presence of an open wound requiring management by secondary intention or preparation for delayed closure/skin grafting. 3. The wound must have a surface area of >=10cm^2 to ensure accurate measurement of healing time and cost-effectiveness. 4. Patient (or legally authorized representative) must provide written informed consent to participate in the study. 5. Patient is expected to remain hospitalized or available for follow-up at the hospital for the necessary period to assess the primary outcome (wound healing) and is compliant with the dressing protocol.

排除标准：

1. 由热力烧伤或Ⅲ/Ⅳ度慢性压力性溃疡导致的伤口。 2. 严重免疫功能低下患者（如正在接受积极化疗、晚期HIV感染或长期大剂量免疫抑制治疗）。 3. 未纠正的严重营养不良患者（如血清白蛋白<2.5g/dL或严重贫血（血红蛋白<8g/dL））。 4. 当前正在接受或计划接受负压伤口治疗（NPWT）的伤口。 5. 在手术室已行一期闭合的清洁伤口。 6. 已知对蜂蜜或任何敷料成分过敏或超敏。 7. 因非手术基础疾病导致预期寿命<6个月的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Wounds due to thermal burns or chronic pressure ulcers of Grade III or IV severity. 2. Patients who are severely Immunocompromised (e.g., undergoing active chemotherapy, advanced HIV, or high-dose chronic immunosuppressive therapy). 3. Patients with uncompensated severe Malnutrition (e.g., serum albumin < 2.5g/dL or severe Anemia (Hemoglobin < 8 g/dL). 4. Wounds currently receiving or planned to receive Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT). 5. Wounds that are clean and closed primarily in the operating room. 6. Known allergy or hypersensitivity to honey or any dressing components. 7. Patients with a life expectancy of less than 6 months due to underlying non-surgical pathology.
