研究目的：

本项目旨在探讨浓缩生长因子(CGF)对老年难治性褥疮创面的修复效果，观察CGF浓缩生长因子对难治性褥疮创面细胞增殖和分化的影响，以及自体浓缩生长因子CGF在难治性褥疮创面修复中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to investigate the effect of concentrated growth factor (CGF) on the repair of refractory bedsore wounds in the elderly, to observe the effect of concentrated growth factor on the proliferation and differentiation of refractory bedsore wounds, and to observe the role of autogenous concentrated growth factor CGF in the repair of refractory bedsore wounds.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥60周岁，性别不限，符合老年患者界定标准； 2. 符合难治性褥疮诊断标准，即接受传统换药治疗1个月以上，创面仍未愈合，创面存在腐烂组织或炎性肉芽组织； 3. 意识清楚，认知功能基本正常，能配合完成创面护理、治疗和随访工作； 4. 无严重血液系统疾病、免疫系统疾病，无恶性肿瘤、精神分裂症等严重疾病； 5. 自愿参与本研究，患者或家属愿意配合治疗并签署书面知情同意书，愿意配合研究人员完成各项研究操作、数据收集和全程随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=60 years old, gender not limited, meeting the criteria for defining elderly patients; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for refractory pressure ulcers, that is, having received traditional dressing change treatment for more than one month, the wound has not healed, and there is rotten tissue or inflammatory granulation tissue on the wound. 3. Clear consciousness, basically normal cognitive function, and able to cooperate in completing wound care, treatment and follow-up work; 4. No serious blood system diseases, immune system diseases, malignant tumors, schizophrenia or other serious diseases; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study. Patients or their families are willing to cooperate with the treatment and sign a written informed consent form, and are willing to cooperate with the researchers to complete all research operations, data collection and full follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 年龄＜60周岁，不符合老年患者界定标准； 2. 褥疮创面存在窦道或潜行创面，无法进行CGF局部应用和创面评估； 3. 患有严重血液系统疾病、免疫系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、恶液质及终末期疾病，无法耐受研究治疗； 4. 对血液制品过敏，或存在CGF制备、应用的禁忌症； 5. 正在接受其他可能影响创面愈合的特殊治疗（如免疫抑制剂、特殊创面修复药物等），且无法在研究期间暂停； 6. 不愿签署知情同意书，或中途可能退出研究、无法配合完成全程研究操作和随访的对象。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age under 60 years old, not meeting the criteria for defining elderly patients; 2. There are sinus tracts or latent wounds on the surface of pressure sores, making local application of CGF and wound assessment impossible. 3. Suffering from severe hematological diseases, immune system diseases, malignant tumors, cachexia and end-stage diseases, and unable to tolerate research and treatment; 4. Allergic to blood products, or having contraindications for the preparation and application of CGF; 5. Currently undergoing other special treatments that may affect wound healing (such as immunosuppressants, special wound repair drugs, etc.) and unable to suspend them during the study period; 6. Subjects who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form, or who may withdraw from the study halfway, or who are unable to cooperate to complete the entire research operation and follow-up.
