研究目的:

本研究旨在围绕福建省多中心急诊预检分诊体系建设,以云边感知协同数字孪生技术为核心,通过多中心队列+数字孪生+3D可视化技术闭环,构建一个标准化、智能化的院前院内一体化分诊系统,为破解急诊"信息孤岛",提升急危重症患者急救衔接效率提供技术支撑。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to develop a standardized and intelligent pre-hospital to in-hospital integrated triage system for the multi-center emergency triage network in Fujian Province. Centered on a cloud–edge collaborative digital twin platform, the project will establish a closed-loop technological framework integrating multi-center cohort data, digital twin modeling, and 3D visualization. The initiative is designed to dismantle emergency care "information silos" and improve the coordination efficiency of emergency responses for critically ill patients through advanced technological integration.

纳入标准:

1. 经由120急救系统接诊患者(患者或其法定监护人知情同意参与本研究);

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients transported by China's emergency medical service (known as the "120" service);

排除标准:

1. 120接诊后,未前往派遣救护车所属指定研究医院就诊的患者; 2. 无法获取基本身份信息或关键临床数据的病例;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who did not go to the designated research hospital to which the ambulance was dispatched after being received by 120; 2. Cases where basic identity information or key clinical data cannot be obtained;
