研究目的:

(1)提取上气道整体空间结构特征,阐明困难气道发生机制 (2)融合分析多模态上气道空间结构特征,实现困难气道精准预测  

Objectives of Study:

(1) Extract the overall spatial structural features of the upper airway to elucidate the mechanism of difficult airway. (2) Integrate multimodal upper airway spatial structural features for precise prediction of difficult airway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.术前诊断颈椎病(脊髓型或神经根型); 2.全身麻醉下行择期颈椎手术的患者; 3.年龄在20-70岁之间; 4.美国麻醉医师协会分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Preoperative diagnosis of cervical spondylosis (myelopathy or radiculopathy); 2. Patients scheduled for elective cervical spine surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Age between 20 and 70 years; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III.

排除标准:

1.孕妇; 2.颈椎制动; 3.口咽部有肿物或既往做过手术; 4.拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Pregnant women; 2. Cervical spine immobilization; 3. Presence of oropharyngeal masses or prior surgery; 4. Refusal to sign informed consent.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

患者基本信息、影像测量指标先进行标准化或归一化处理,缺失数据基于缺失机制选择缺失数据填补方法。使用北京大学第三医院临床流行病学研究中心建立的国际通用的REDCap 数据管理平台,保证数据录入准确性和完整性。参加人员经过统一培训,统一记录方式与判断标准,数据采集使用标准统一的标注协议。设置质控委员会,定期组织质量分析会。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Patient demographic information and imaging measurement indicators were initially subjected to standardization or normalization processing. Missing data were addressed by selecting appropriate imputation methods based on the identified missingness mechanism.The internationally recognized ?REDCap? data management platform, established by the Clinical Epidemiology Research Center of Peking University Third Hospital, was employed to ensure data entry accuracy and completeness.All participating personnel underwent centralized training to unify recording methods and evaluation criteria. Data collection was conducted using a standardized annotation protocol.A quality control committee was established to regularly organize quality analysis meetings.
