研究目的：

（1）通过量化工具（如死亡素养指数修订版、消极情感积极情感体验量表），评估ICU护士死亡素养水平与在面对死亡事件时的情感体验，分析其之间的关系，并通过质性访谈深入了解患者死亡对护士情感体验与支持的需求，初步明确死亡咖啡馆干预方案的构建方向。 （2）根据前期质性访谈调查结果，结合文献研究、小组讨论，通过专家会议法，构建《死亡咖啡馆干预方案》，初步应用该方案进行实证研究，并从死亡素养、情感体验、死亡咖啡馆体验等多方面对其进行评价。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Using quantitative tools (such as the Revised Death Literacy Index and the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule), assess the death literacy level of ICU nurses and their emotional experiences when facing death events, analyze the relationship between them, and gain an in-depth understanding of nurses' emotional experiences and support needs in response to patient deaths through qualitative interviews, so as to initially clarify the direction for constructing a death café intervention program.(2) Based on the results of previous qualitative interview surveys, combined with literature research and group discussions, construct the *Death Café Intervention Program* through the expert meeting method, initially apply the program in empirical research, and evaluate it from multiple aspects such as death literacy, emotional experience, and death café experience.

纳入标准：

1.注册并持有有效的《护士职业证书》； 2.目前在ICU工作/规培/轮转； 3.从事一线临床护理工作； 4.在临床工作中有过患者死亡的经历； 5.未参与过死亡教育相关培训或未使用过类似的HTH卡牌。

Inclusion criteria

1. Registered and holding a valid "Nurse Practitioner Certificate"; 2. Currently working/undergoing standardized training/rotating in the ICU; 3. Engaged in front-line clinical nursing work; 4. Having experience with patient deaths in clinical work; 5. Have not participated in death education-related training or used similar HTH cards.

排除标准：

1.研究期间因外出学习、请假等脱岗超过3个月者； 2.正在参加其他死亡相关的培训； 3.不直接为患者提供护理的人员，如管理人员和/或文书人员； 4.存在严重疾病、精神障碍或认知障碍； 5.不原意参加本次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are absent from work for more than 3 months due to going out for study, taking leave, etc. during the research period; 2. Those who are participating in other death-related training; 3. Personnel who do not directly provide care to patients, such as managers and/or clerical staff; 4. Those with severe diseases, mental disorders or cognitive impairments; 5. Those who are unwilling to participate in this research.
