研究目的：

通过本研究，了解中老年糖尿病人群流感疫苗接种主要影响因素，进行合适的药事服务干预。提升糖尿病患者流感疫苗认知及接种率的效果，形成可复制和推广的经验，为提高流感疫苗接种率提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this study, the main influencing factors of influenza vaccination among middle-aged and elderly people with diabetes were understood, and appropriate pharmaceutical service intervention was carried out. Improve the effect of influenza vaccine awareness and vaccination rate in diabetes patients, form replicable and popularized experience, and provide reference for improving influenza vaccine vaccination rate.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>＝45岁； 2.本社区居住时间>＝1年； 3.具有良好的听说读写和沟通能力并知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 45 years old; 2.Residence time in this community is >= year; 3. Have good listening, speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills, and provide informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有严重身体疾病或健康状态较差不合适参与研究； 2.患有严重心理疾病或存在认知障碍； 3.缺乏合适沟通能力，不能提供准确和清晰的信息。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not suitable to participate in the study due to severe physical illness or poor health status; 2. Suffering from severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3. Lack of appropriate communication skills, unable to provide accurate and clear information.

本研究采用分层便利抽样策略。首先，根据贵阳市社区卫生服务中心的 “区域类型” 分为城区核心、新兴城区，选取云岩区和南明区。在这两个区按照服务人口数量划分为大型、中型进行便利抽样，最后选取了四个社区卫生服务中心作为研究现场。分别为：1.云岩区北京路社区卫生服务中心;2.南明区小车河社区卫生服务中心;3.南明区油榨街第一社区卫生服务中心;4.南明区国际生态城社区卫生服务中心。2025年1月-2025年6月，在中老年糖尿病患者就诊、随访或体检服务时采用方便抽样开展纸质问卷调查。每个调查点均由两名经统一培训的人员作为调查员开展面对面调查，入组的研究对象的糖尿病诊断标准参考《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2020年版)》

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study adopted a stratified convenience sampling strategy. First, based on the "regional type" of community health service centers in Guiyang City, the urban core and emerging urban areas were identified, and Yunyan District and Nanming District were selected. Within these two districts, convenience sampling was conducted by dividing them into large and medium-sized areas according to the service population. Finally, four community health service centers were selected as research sites: 1.Beijing Road Community Health Service Center in Yunyan District;2.Xiaocheh River Community Health Service Center in Nanming District;3. Youzha Street First Community Health Service Center in Nanming District;4.International Ecological City Community Health Service Center in Nanming District . From January 2025 to June 2025, paper-based questionnaires were administered via convenience sampling during diabetes patient consultations, follow-ups, or physical examinations. At each survey site, two uniformly trained investigators conducted face-to-face interviews. The diagnostic criteria for diabetes in the enrolled study population were referenced from the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition).
