研究目的：

在真实世界中对 Tubridge 血管重建装置治疗颈内动脉及椎动脉未破裂动脉瘤的有效性和安全性进行研究  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and effectiveness of Tubridge for the treatment of internal carotid and vertebral arteries unruptured intracranial aneurysms in the reality world

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄 18 岁以上，男性或未孕女性；
2) DSA/CTA/MRA 诊断为颈内动脉或椎动脉未破裂动脉瘤的患者（包括囊状、 梭形、 夹层动脉瘤），瘤颈≤20mm；
3) 患者本人和/或其授权人能够理解研究目的,自愿参加并签署知情同意书；
4) 研究者认为可以选用血流导向装置治疗的患者；
5) 愿意按照临床研究方案要求进行随访评价的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18 or older, male or non-pregnant;
2) DSA/CTA/MRA diagnose patients with unruptured aneurysms of internal carotid artery or vertebral artery (including cystic, fusiform and dissecting aneurysms) with the aneurysm neck ≤20mm;
3) The patient and/or his/her authorizer understand the purpose of the study, participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent;
4) The researchers consider that patients could be treated with flow diverters;
5) Patients willing to be followed up for evaluation as required by the clinical study protocol.

排除标准：

1) 三个月内病变处已放置支架或弹簧圈的患者；
2) 三十天内有过或计划有重要手术的患者；
3) AVM（动静脉畸形）相关动脉瘤；
4) 研究者认为不适合血管介入治疗的患者， 例如：
无合适的血管入路
颈内动脉、 主动脉夹层可能
颅内血管炎可能
颅内血管过度迂曲
血管严重狭窄或存在未完全扩张的支架致使器械无法到达病变位置
既往有血管痉挛且抗痉挛治疗效果差的患者
5) Tubridge 血流导向装置治疗禁忌的患者：
抗血小板或抗凝治疗禁忌的患者
DSA禁忌的患者：①碘造影剂过敏或不能耐受；②介入器材过敏；③严重心、肝、肾功能不全；④穿刺点局部感染；⑤并发脑疝
对镍钛合金过敏的患者
活动性感染期的患者（体温高于 38℃或白细胞计数＞15*109/L）
6) 正在参加其他药物或医疗器械临床试验者；
7) 临床状况极差，改良 Rankin 量表（mRS）评分≥ 5 分；
8) 预期寿命小于12个月的患者；
9) 哺乳期以及计划在研究期内怀孕的女性；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who have had a stent or coil placed at the lesion within 3 months;
2.Patients who have had or planned major surgery within 30 days;
3.Aneurysm is related to intracranial arteriovenous malformation(AVM);
4.The researchers consider the patients are not suitable for vascular interventional therapy, such as no suitable, vascular access, internal carotid or aortic dissection are possible, intracranial vasculitis is possible, intracranial vessels are excessively tortuous, vessels with severe narrowing or previous incomplete dilatated stents prevents the devices from reaching the lesion or patients with previous vasospasm and poor anticonvulsant effect.
5. Tubridge contraindicated patients, such as patients with antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy contraindications, patients with DSA contraindications, including ①Iodine contrast agent allergy or intolerance, ②Interventional device allergy, ③Severe cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency, ④Partial infection of the puncture site, ⑤Cerebral hernia, patients with allergy to Nitinol and patients with active infection(body temperature above 38℃ or white blood cell count > 15*109/L);
6. Participants in other clinical trials of drugs or medical devices;
7. The clinical status is extremely poor, and the score of modified Rankin Scale (mRS) is ≥ 5;
8. Patients with a life expectancy of less than 12 months;
9. Female who are breast-feeding or plan to become pregnant during the study period.
