研究目的：

分析影响青少年抑郁患者睡眠障碍的影响因素，通过质性研究深入了解患者及主要照顾者真实心理体验，制定基于行为激活理理论的家庭参与式护理方案，并探讨护理方案对于青少年抑郁患者睡眠质量的影响，为临床上该类患者睡眠质量护理提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the influencing factors of sleep disorders in adolescent depression patients. Through qualitative research, deeply understand the real psychological experiences of patients and their primary caregivers. Develop a family participatory care plan based on the theory of behavioral activation, and explore the impact of the care plan on the sleep quality of adolescent depression patients. Provide reference for the sleep quality care of such patients in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

患者 (1)符合《国际疾病与相关健康问题统计分类》（International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, ICD-10)中抑郁诊断标准，包括单相抑郁障碍和双相抑郁障碍； (2)目前存在抑郁症状，且汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）≥7分； (3)匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表≥7分； (4)根据世界卫生组织（WHO）的定义，青少年年龄范围为10-19岁； (5)患者均采用相同的药物（舍曲林）治疗方法； (6)有基本的沟通能力和阅读理解能力，能够独立完成问卷的填写； (7)对研究知情同意且签署知情同意书。 主要照顾者 (1)青少年抑郁患者的主要照顾者为父亲或母亲，每周照护时长≥5d 且每天≥4h； (2)沟通能力正常； (3)同意本次研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

patient (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria for depression as defined in the International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-10), including unipolar depression disorder and bipolar depression disorder; (2) Currently, there are depressive symptoms, and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) is >= 7 points; (3) The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale is >= 7 points; (4) According to the definition of the World Health Organization (WHO), the age range for adolescents is 10-19 years old; (5) All patients received the same treatment method (sertraline); (6) They have basic communication skills and reading comprehension abilities, and can independently complete the filling of the questionnaire; (7) They have given informed consent to the study and signed the informed consent form. primary caregiver (1) The main caregivers of adolescent patients with depression are their fathers or mothers, who provide care for at least 5 days a week and for at least 4 hours each day. (2) They have normal communication skills. (3) They agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

患者 (1)患有严重的躯体疾病，如心脑血管疾病、肝肾疾病、神经系统疾病等； (2)有酒精、药物等精神活性物质滥用史的患者； (3)存在智力发育迟缓、认知障碍等问题； (4)正在参与其他研究者。 主要照顾者 (1)照顾者有重大躯体疾病者； (2)患有精神疾病及认知障碍者； (3)家庭关系极不稳定。

Exclusion criteria：

patient (1) Suffering from severe physical diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, neurological disorders, etc.; (2) Patients with a history of abuse of psychoactive substances like alcohol and drugs; (3) Having problems such as intellectual developmental delay and cognitive impairment; (4) Currently participating in other research studies. primary caregiver (1) Caregivers with major physical illnesses; (2) Those with mental disorders and cognitive impairments; (3) Families with extremely unstable relationships.
