研究目的：

比较布比卡因脂质体和罗哌卡因胸椎旁神经阻滞对减重手术患者术后恢复质量的影响，提高术后镇痛效果，减少术后阿片类药物消耗量和不良反应，促进患者术后快速康复。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of bupivacaine liposome and ropivacaine for thoracic paravertebral nerve block on the postoperative recovery quality of patients undergoing weight loss surgery, to improve the postoperative analgesic effect, reduce the consumption of postoperative opioid drugs and adverse reactions, and promote the rapid postoperative recovery of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-55岁，ASA I~III级，BMI 28-45 kg/m^2，择期行腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Age range: 18 - 55 years old. ASA classification: I - III. BMI: 28 - 45 kg/m^2. Patients scheduled for laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.

排除标准：

1.血液疾病或凝血功能障碍； 2.存在精神或神经系统疾病； 3.对局麻药或镇痛药过敏； 4.肾或肝功能障碍； 5.心脏传导阻滞； 6.不稳定型冠状动脉疾病； 7.纽约心功能分级（NYHA）3~4级； 8.怀孕或计划怀孕； 9.严重酗酒或因慢性疼痛长期服用镇痛药。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Blood diseases or coagulation disorders; 2. Presence of mental or neurological disorders; 3. Allergy to local anesthetics or analgesics; 4. Renal or liver dysfunction; 5. Cardiac conduction block; 6. Unstable coronary artery disease; 7. NYHA classification of heart function 3-4; 8. Pregnancy or planning to get pregnant; 9. Severe alcoholism or long-term use of analgesics due to chronic pain.

盲法：

神经阻滞由经过6个月以上椎旁神经阻滞操作训练的同一名麻醉医生完成，且操作者对分组情况不知情。 患者、外科医生、麻醉团队和术后结果评估人员均对分组情况不知情。

Blinding：

The nerve block was performed by the same anesthesiologist who had undergone more than six months of training in paravertebral nerve block techniques, and the operator was unaware of the grouping situation. The patients, the surgeons, the anesthesia team and the post-operative outcome evaluators were all unaware of the grouping situation.
