研究目的：

基于纽曼健康系统模式，构建一套徒手淋巴引流瑜伽操系统 化预防方案，并探讨该方案对预防乳腺癌术后患侧上肢淋巴 水肿的应用效果，通过规范预防方法以降低乳腺癌患者术后 患肢淋巴水肿发生率，减轻患者负担，提高生活质量，并推 动纽曼健康系统模式在临床中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study utilizes the Neuman Systems Model to construct an integrated manual lymphatic drainage and yoga intervention protocol. The primary objective is to investigate its preventive effects on ipsilateral upper limb lymphedema post-mastectomy, with expected outcomes including reduced lymphedema incidence, diminished patient burden, enhanced quality of life, and advanced implementation of the Neuman framework in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

1. 受试者自愿加入研究并签署知情同意书 2. 确诊乳腺癌患者； 3. 实施腋窝淋巴结清扫术后1个月内； 4. 年龄≥18 岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Participants voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. 2.Diagnosed with breast cancer. 3.Within 1 month after axillary lymph node dissection surgery. 4.Aged 18 years or older.

排除标准：

1. 患者本身患有影响参与水肿治疗干预的健康问题、疾病或残疾； 2. 影响生活质量的其他疾病： 未经治疗的心脏、肾脏或呼吸功能不全；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of pre-existing health conditions, diseases, or disabilities that would interfere with participation in the lymphedema intervention. 2.Presence of other conditions affecting Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQOL), such as untreated cardiac, renal, or respiratory insufficiency.
