研究目的：

主要目的：比较不同管理强度下非手术治疗 LCPD 的长期疗效（以 Stulberg 分型Ⅰ–Ⅱ 比例为主要指标）。 次要目的： 1.探讨管理强度在不同年龄组（<6 岁、6–<8 岁、>=8 岁）患儿中的适用性。 2.分析影响非手术疗效的独立危险因素（如年龄、Herring 分型）。 3.验证单中心严格管理模式与既往文献结果的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To compare the long-term efficacy of non-surgical treatment of LCPD under different management intensities (using the proportion of Stulberg classification I–II as the main indicator). Secondary objectives: 1. To explore the applicability of management intensity in children of different age groups (<6 years, 6–<8 years, >=8 years). 2. To analyze independent risk factors affecting the non-surgical efficacy (such as age, Herring classification). 3. To verify the differences between the results of a single-center strict management model and those reported in previous literature.

纳入标准：

1.符合 LCPD 的临床及影像学诊断标准；
2.全程接受非手术治疗；
3.有完整的影像学及结局资料；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meeting the clinical and radiographic diagnostic criteria for Legg–Calvé–Perthes disease (LCPD);
2.Receiving nonoperative treatment throughout the entire course of the disease;
3.Having complete radiographic and outcome data.

排除标准：

1.病程中合并继发性髋关节炎或其他髋关节疾病；
2.既往接受过髋关节相关手术治疗；
3.影像学或病历资料缺失，无法进行疗效评估；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of secondary hip arthritis or other concomitant hip disorders during the disease course;
2.History of previous hip-related surgical intervention;
3.Incomplete radiographic or clinical records precluding outcome evaluation;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据来源于我院医学影像系统及电子病历系统，研究者按既定标准收集LCPD患儿的临床与影像学资料（包括年龄、性别、Waldenstr?m分期、Herring分型、Catterall分型、治疗方式及Stulberg结局）。所有数据均在院内安全网络中采集与管理，使用唯一编号进行去标识化处理，仅研究团队成员可访问，未经许可不外传。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data for this study will be obtained from the hospital’s medical imaging and electronic medical record systems. Researchers will collect clinical and radiographic information of LCPD patients according to predefined criteria, including age, sex, Waldenstr?m stage, Herring classification, Catterall classification, treatment method, and Stulberg outcome. All data will be collected and managed within the hospital’s secure network, anonymized using unique identifiers, and accessible only to the study team.
