研究目的：

通过对比评估经牙槽嵴顶环状骨块上颌窦底内提升术与经牙槽嵴顶常规上颌窦内提升术，为临床中上颌窦内提升术式的选择提供高质量的临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

By conducting a comparative evaluation of the inlay osteotome sinus augmentation technique versus conventional transalveolar sinus floor elevation, this study aims to provide high-quality clinical evidence to guide the selection of sinus lift techniques in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.上颌后牙区剩余骨高度为4~6mm。 2.上颌窦底平缓，无明显斜坡、分隔。 3.对颌牙尚存或有修复体。 4.无上颌窦炎症。 5.缺牙区牙槽窝愈合良好，且牙齿拔除后4个月以上。 6.在获取充分知情后，自愿参加并签署《知情同意书》的患者，配合接收定期检查的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Residual bone height (RBH) in the posterior maxilla is 4-6 mm. 2. Maxillary sinus floor exhibits a flat morphology without significant slopes or septa. 3. Presence of opposing dentition or prosthetic restoration. 4. Absence of maxillary sinusitis. 5. Adequate healing of the extraction socket with 4 months post-extraction. 6. Patients who voluntarily participated after providing written informed consent and complied with scheduled follow-ups.

排除标准：

1. 未控制的糖尿病，免疫系统疾病等全身系统性疾病 2. 一年内接受头颈部放疗。 3. 一年内化疗史 4. 未控制的牙周病，余留天然牙不愿接受牙周治疗 5. 活动性的上颌窦感染或者长期上颌窦感染病史。 6. 长期每天吸烟超过一包。 7. 心理疾病如抑郁，焦虑无法配合治疗。 8. 拒绝治疗后定期复查。 9. 怀孕或哺乳期女性,或2年内有怀孕准备的女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, immune disorders) 2. History of head and neck radiotherapy within one year 3. History of chemotherapy within one year 4. Uncontrolled periodontitis with unwillingness to receive periodontal treatment 5. Active or chronic maxillary sinus infections 6. Long-term smoking (>20 cigarettes/day) 7. Psychological disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety) compromising treatment cooperation 8. Declined scheduled post-treatment follow-ups 9. Pregnancy, lactation, or planned pregnancy within 2 years
