本研究的目的是确定老年髋部手术患者心衰与围手术期预后的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to determine perioperative outcomes associated with HF in a large cohort of elderly patients undergoing hip fracture surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.本中心2015年至2025年间接受髋部（股骨颈、股骨头、股骨粗隆间或股骨粗隆下骨折）骨折手术的65岁及以上老年人； 2.记录在电子病历中。

Inclusion criteria

1. Elderly people aged 65 and above who underwent hip (femoral neck, femoral head, intertrochanteric or subtrochanteric fractures) fracture surgeries at this center from 2015 to 2025; 2. Recorded in the electronic medical record.

排除标准：

有多发性创伤或骨折。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with multiple traumas or fractures.
