本研究旨在基于BOPPPS教学设计模型,探究“精神科病人暴力行为防范护理虚拟仿真实验”在精神科护理教学中的应用效果。

This study aims to explore the application effect of the "Virtual Simulation Experiment on Preventing Violent Behaviors of Psychiatric Patients" based on the BOPPPS instructional design model in psychiatric nursing education.

纳入标准:

纳入标准: 1.全日制护理学专业本科在校学生; 2.正在学习或已经完成《精神科护理学》理论课程,但尚未进入精神科临床实习的学生; 3.自愿参与本研究,并已签署书面的《知情同意书》,明确了解研究的目的、过程、潜在风险和权益; 4.无精神疾病、认知功能障碍等影响教学参与与测评的疾病

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time undergraduate students majoring in nursing; 2. Students who are currently studying or have completed the theoretical course of "Psychiatric Nursing", but have not yet entered the clinical internship in psychiatry; 3. Voluntarily participating in this study and having signed a written "Informed Consent Form", clearly understanding the purpose, process, potential risks and rights and interests of the study; 4. Without mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction, etc. that affect teaching participation and assessment.

排除标准:

排除标准: 1.在过去一年内,曾参加过类似“精神科暴力防范”或“虚拟仿真”相关教学培训或研究项目者; 2.在研究干预阶段或数据收集关键节点因故缺席,导致主要研究数据(如前后测量表)缺失者。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have participated in similar teaching training or research projects related to "psychiatric violence prevention" or "virtual simulation" within the past year; 2. Those who were absent for some reason during the intervention stage of the study or at key data collection nodes, resulting in the loss of main research data (such as pre- and post-measurement forms).

采用BOPPPS 模型 + 虚拟仿真实验教学模式:按导入(临床暴力事件案例导入)、目标(明确暴力行为防范知识 / 能力目标)、前测(知识 / 能力预评估)、参与式学习(虚拟仿真实验沉浸式训练,含暴力风险评估、应急处置、现场干预等场景)、后测(实验操作后测评)、总结(知识点梳理 + 问题反馈)六大环节开展教学;

Adopting the BOPPPS model combined with the virtual simulation experiment teaching mode: The teaching is carried out in six major steps: introduction (introduction of clinical violent incident cases), objectives (clearing the knowledge / ability goals for preventing violent behavior), pre-test (pre-assessment of knowledge / ability), participatory learning (immersive training in virtual simulation experiments, including scenarios such as violent risk assessment, emergency response, and on-site intervention), post-test (evaluation after experimental operation), and summary (review of knowledge points + feedback on issues).

本研究采用单盲法(对参试者设盲),因试验组与对照组教学模式操作存在客观差异,教学老师无法设盲,已通过标准化教学流程、固定教学人员、统一教学要求等方式最大程度降低教学老师的偏倚;测评环节,已制定量化标准化测评标准保证结果客观性。

Blinding:

This study adopted a single-blind method (with the participants being blinded). Due to the objective differences in the operation of the teaching models between the intervention group and the control group, the teaching teachers could not be blinded. To minimize the bias of the teaching teachers, standardized teaching procedures, fixed teaching personnel, and unified teaching requirements were adopted. In the assessment phase, quantitative and standardized assessment standards have been established to ensure the objectivity of the results.
