研究目的：

本研究欲比较SEEK管芯与喉罩在气管镜中的应用效果，以寻找临床上支气管镜检查麻醉一种新的可选择的气道通气的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the application effects of the SEEK tube core and laryngeal mask airway (LMA) in bronchoscopy, in order to explore a new alternative airway ventilation method for clinical bronchoscopy anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18岁<年龄<80岁 （2）均行全麻下支气管镜检查，符合检查及治疗适应证； （3）言语及理解力正常，能完成量表的填写； （4）ASA I-III 级； （5）体重指数（BMI）< 30kg/m^2； （6）镜检时间预计30min之内；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age between 18 and 80 (2) All patients underwent bronchoscopy under general anesthesia, meeting the indications for examination and treatment; (3) Normal speech and comprehension, able to complete the filling of the scale; (4) ASA I-III class; (5) Body Mass Index (BMI) < 30 kg/m^2; (6) The bronchoscopy examination is expected to take less than 30 minutes;

排除标准：

（1）合并其他鼻腔疾病者； （2）心肺功能严重不全、心律失常、严重高血压、控制不佳的糖尿病等； （3）合并严重气道狭窄； （4）重度呼吸衰竭或严重凝血功能异常者； （5）颅底骨折或鼻骨骨折； （6）拒绝参加此项研究或已经参加其他的研究；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other nasal diseases; (2) Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, arrhythmia, severe hypertension, poorly controlled diabetes, etc; (3) Combined with severe airway stenosis; (4) Patients with severe respiratory failure or severe coagulation dysfunction; (5) Skull base fracture or nasal bone fracture; (6) Refusing to participate in this study or having already participated in other studies;
