构建菌群-宿主-免疫多组学数据库；揭示影响激素/生物制剂反应多模态拓扑特征；构建AI整合预测模型与qPCR检测面板，并完成临床验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a microbiota–host–immune multi-omics database; elucidate the multimodal topological features influencing responses to glucocorticoids/biologics; develop an AI-integrated predictive model and a qPCR detection panel, and complete clinical validation.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18-75 岁； 2.接受抗 PD-1/抗 PD-L1/抗 CTLA-4 治疗且诊断为>=G2 级 irAE 结肠炎

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 18 - 75 years old; 2. Received anti-PD-1/anti-PD-L1/anti-CTLA-4 treatment and diagnosed with >=G2 grade irAE colitis

排除标准：

1.炎症性肠病患者；
2.消化道感染；
3.应用抗生素/益生菌；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with inflammatory bowel disease; 2.Gastrointestinal infections; 3.Recent use of antibiotics or probiotics;
