筛查我院维持性血液透析患者甲状腺功能异常的患病率及所患类型  

Objectives of Study：

Screening for the Prevalence and Types of Thyroid Dysfunction Among Patients Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysis at Our Hospital

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.透析龄≥3个月，透析时长4h/次 ，透析频次3 次/周或总透析时长12h/周；
2.病历资料完整者（姓名、年龄、身份信息、合并疾病、肾衰竭原发病、手术史、目前用药情况、目前透析方案）；
3.参与者签署知情同意书并自愿参加本项研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Dialysis duration >= 3 months, with each session lasting 4 hours and occurring 3 times per week, or a total weekly dialysis duration of 12 hours; 2.Complete medical records (including name, age, identification details, comorbidities, primary cause of renal failure, surgical history, current medications, and current dialysis regimen); 3.Participants must sign an informed consent form and voluntarily agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.既往确诊甲状腺疾病患者，包括甲状腺功能亢进或减退、甲状腺结节等。
2.既往心脏疾病患者，包括冠心病、心律失常、心力衰竭、心肌梗死、先天性心脏病等病史；
3.合并恶性肿瘤患者；
4.近期内有严重感染性疾病者；
5.近1月内口服服用影响甲状腺功能药物者，包括含碘药物、糖皮质激素、β受体阻滞剂等；
6.预期生存期 ＜3个月。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with a history of diagnosed thyroid disorders, including hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroid nodules, etc.
2.Patients with a history of cardiac disease, including coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial infarction, congenital heart disease, etc.
3.Patients with concurrent malignant tumors;
4.Patients with recent severe infectious diseases;
5.Individuals who have taken medications affecting thyroid function within the past month, including iodine-containing drugs, glucocorticoids, beta-blockers, etc.
6.Expected survival period < 3 months.
