构建儿童青少年脑胶质瘤全周期动态监测体系，推动个体化治疗策略优化。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a full-cycle dynamic monitoring system for brain gliomas in children and adolescents, and promote the optimization of individualized treatment strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＜18岁，经MRI或组织病理诊断为胶质瘤（WHO I-IV级）； 2.初次诊断或复发未接受系统性治疗（放疗/化疗）； 3.病例资料齐全、完整者； 4.患者或其家属知情同意本方案。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age < 18 years old, diagnosed with glioma (WHO grades I-IV) by MRI or histopathological examination; 2. Initial diagnosis or recurrence without receiving systemic treatment (radiotherapy/chemotherapy); 3. Complete and accurate case data available; 4. The patient or their family has given informed consent to this protocol.

排除标准：

1.术后因严重并发症死亡患者； 2. 既往接受过肿瘤靶向治疗或免疫治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who died due to severe complications after the surgery; 2. Those who had previously received tumor-targeted therapy or immunotherapy.
