研究目的：

本研究旨在评价医疗护理员规范化培训的实施效果，并调查护理员对免陪照护服务实施阻力的认知状况，为优化培训方案、推进免陪照护服务政策落地提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the implementation effect of the standardized training for medical care workers, and to investigate the cognitive status of care workers regarding the resistance to the implementation of non-assisted care services. It seeks to provide empirical evidence for optimizing the training plan and promoting the implementation of the non-assisted care service policy.

纳入标准：

1.在本院完成规范化培训的医疗护理员 2.在岗工作满3个月 3.自愿参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

1.Medical care assistants who have completed standardized training in our hospital 2.Have been on the job for at least 3 months 3.Voluntarily participated in this study

排除标准：

1.培训中断或考核不合格者 2.实习期或试用期护理员 3.近3个月内有长期请假（>15天）

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those whose training was interrupted or who failed the assessment 2.Nursing assistants during the internship or probation period 3.Those who have taken long leaves (more than 15 days) within the last 3 months
