研究目的：

本课题旨在探索安全、有效、易于在社区和家庭中推广应用的康复治疗方法，寻找肘关节康复的最优康复方案，提升创伤后肘关节僵硬患者的上肢功能恢复效果，优化医疗资源配置，最终助力患者实现回归社区、回归家庭的康复目标。  

Objectives of Study：

This research project aims to explore safe, effective and easily applicable rehabilitation treatment methods in communities and families, to find the optimal rehabilitation plan for elbow joint rehabilitation, to enhance the recovery effect of the upper limbs of patients with post-traumatic elbow joint stiffness, to optimize the allocation of medical resources, and ultimately help patients achieve the rehabilitation goal of returning to the community and family.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18至65岁之间 2.缺乏肘关节屈曲和/或伸展，导致至少6个月的功能障碍。 3.接受开放式或关节镜手术治疗 4.保守治疗无效

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 65 years old 2. Lack of elbow joint flexion and/or extension, resulting in at least 6 months of functional impairment. 3. Received open surgery or arthroscopic surgery treatment 4. Conservative treatment was ineffective

排除标准：

1.有使用CPM或局部臂丛神经阻滞禁忌症的患者，如出血素质、使用抗凝剂或严重限制肩部活动范围，进行性或顽固性神经病或神经炎患者，可能限制完全参与康复能力的既往因素的患者； 2.类风湿性关节炎、幼年特发性关节炎或软骨溶解等炎症性疾病而出现进行性或复发性肌挛缩的患者； 3.有肘关节感染或既往关节感染病史的患者，有可能限制肘关节活动的解剖改变的患者，与接受治疗的情况无关，如发育不良、畸形愈合、骨坏死和先天性畸形； 4.伤口愈合不良； 5.情绪不稳不能配合治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications to CPM or local brachial plexus nerve block, such as bleeding tendencies, use of anticoagulants or severe limitation of shoulder movement range, progressive or refractory neuropathy or neuritis patients, and those with previous factors that limit the ability to fully participate in rehabilitation; 2. Patients with inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis or chondrolysis who develop progressive or recurrent muscle contractures; 3. Patients with elbow joint infection or a history of previous joint infection, who may have anatomical changes that limit elbow joint movement, regardless of the treatment received, such as dysplasia, malunion, bone necrosis and congenital deformities; 4. Poor wound healing; 5. Unstable emotions and inability to cooperate with treatment.

包括常规放松，肘关节牵伸，主动、被动活动（主被动活动均包括屈曲、伸展、旋前、旋后）等，以上活动，每天3次，每次30-60min。患者在每次进行完活动后均进行20min的冰敷，防止肿胀。术后2-3天可开始进行独立主动活动，包括洗脸、刷牙、吃饭等日常活动，切记避免肘关节负重。

Including regular relaxation, elbow joint stretching, active and passive movements (both active and passive movements include flexion, extension, pronation, and supination), etc. These activities are performed 3 times a day, each time for 30-60 minutes. After each activity, the patient will apply ice for 20 minutes to prevent swelling. From 2 to 3 days after the surgery, independent active movements can be started, including daily activities such as washing face, brushing teeth, and eating. Remember to avoid weight-bearing on the elbow joint.
