研究目的：

1.通过一系列的康复评定方法来验证多重任务训练结合 BIODEX 减重系统对帕金森病患者冻结步态的康复治疗效果。 2.借助多模态神经影像学技术研究多重任务训练结合 BIODEX 减重系统治疗帕金森病冻结步态患者前后脑网络变化与神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the rehabilitation effectiveness of multitask training combined with the BIODEX weight reduction system on freezing gait in patients with Parkinson's disease through a series of rehabilitation assessment methods. 2.To study the changes in brain networks and neural mechanisms before and after treatment in Parkinson's disease patients with freezing gait using multitask training combined with the BIODEX weight reduction system through multimodal neuroimaging techniques.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.根据国际运动障碍疾病协会在2015年发布的帕金森病临床诊断标准诊断为原发性帕金森病； 2.年龄40—80岁； 3.患者主诉启动困难或有冻结情况发生（UPDRS第14项评分≥1分） 4.诊断为H-Y分期1-3期患者； 5.听力正常，无严重认知障碍，简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）总分≥21分； 6.不合并精神疾病及严重焦虑者，汉密尔顿焦虑量表总分＜21分，能够配合完成磁共振扫描； 7.自愿参加本次测试并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with primary Parkinson's disease according to the clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease issued by the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society in 2015; 2. Age between 40–80 years; 3. Patients complain of difficulty initiating movement or experiencing freezing episodes (UPDRS item 14 score >=1); 4. Diagnosed as H-Y stage 1–3; 5. Normal hearing, no severe cognitive impairment, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) total score >=21; 6. No comorbid psychiatric disorders or severe anxiety, Hamilton Anxiety Scale total score <21, and able to cooperate with MRI scanning; 7. Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.除帕金森病外的任何原发性骨科、神经系统疾病、视觉障碍等可能造成步态障碍的因素； 2.既往有明确神经系统疾病病史者； 3.存在MRI扫描禁忌症，如伴有金属植入物、幽闭恐惧等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any primary orthopedic, neurological, or visual disorders other than Parkinson's disease that may cause gait disturbances; 2. Individuals with a clear history of neurological diseases; 3. Presence of contraindications to MRI scans, such as metal implants or claustrophobia.

将符合上述标准的78例患者采用单盲随机对照，所有入组受试者先按入组顺序，按1:1的比例由不参与研究的的独立统计人员用SPSS26.0统计软件编程，直接对纳入受试者进行随机分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A total of 78 patients meeting the above criteria were subjected to a single-blind randomized controlled trial. All enrolled subjects were first assigned a sequence number, and then randomly grouped at a 1:1 ratio using SPSS 26.0 statistical software for programming, directly applied to the included subjects.

本研究为单盲设计，对评估者设盲，为了避免主观因素引起的误差，所有的评估均由同一位经过专业量表评估培训的评定者进行，该评定者对患者的分组以及整个实验过程不清楚。

This study is single-blind, with assessors blinded,in order to avoid errors caused by subjective factors, all the assessments were conducted by the same evaluator trained in professional scale evaluation, who was unclear about the grouping of patients and the overall experimental process.
