研究目的：

（1）设计基于微信小程序的中老年 MRCT 术后渐进性的多学科协作康复护理模式。 （2）应用并评价基于微信小程序的渐进性的多学科协作康复护理模式对中老年 MRCT 修复术后患者出院后肩关节康复效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Design a progressive multi-disciplinary collaborative rehabilitation nursing model for elderly MRCT patients based on WeChat mini-program. (2) Apply and evaluate the progressive multi-disciplinary collaborative rehabilitation nursing model based on WeChat mini-program on the shoulder joint rehabilitation effect of elderly patients after MRCT repair surgery after discharge.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥50 岁； 2.初次行肩关节镜肩袖修补术； 3.符合巨大肩袖撕 裂的诊断标准； 4.知情同意且自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 50 years old; 2. This is the first time for shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair; 3. Meets the diagnostic criteria for massive rotator cuff tear; 4. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.合并肩关节盂唇撕裂、骨折； 2.不可修复性巨大肩袖撕裂； 3.合并严重系统性疾 病，如恶性肿瘤、未控制的高血压或糖尿病等； 4.意识不清楚，无法配合； 5.患者及同住家属无法使用智能手机。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined shoulder joint labrum tear and fracture; 2. Irreparable massive rotator cuff tear; 3. Complicated with severe systemic diseases, such as malignant tumors, uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes, etc.; 4. Unconscious and unable to cooperate. 5.The patient and their accompanying family members are unable to use smartphones.

采用 IBM SPSS Statistics26.0 软件生成一套 1~74 的随机数字序列。如下：a.在软 件中输入数字 1~ 146；b.利用软件生成随机数；c.根据随机数，利用软件生成“R 随机 ”变量；d.对“R 随机 ”变量进行排序和赋值，即将数字 1~37 设为组 1，数字 38~74 设为组 2。在组别变量中将 1 赋值为“A ”，2 赋值为“B ”，并制作随机分组卡片。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software, a random sequence of numbers from 1 to 74 was generated. As follows: a. Input the numbers 1 to 146 in the software; b. Generate random numbers using the software; c. Based on the random numbers, generate the "R Random" variable using the software; d. Sort and assign values to the "R Random" variable, that is, set numbers 1 to 37 as Group 1 and numbers 38 to 74 as Group 2. Assign 1 as "A" and 2 as "B" to the group variable, and prepare random grouping cards.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

对所有收集的数据进行检查整理和双人核对录入，以保证数据完整性、准确性， 并根据数据类型选择适当的统计学方法进行分析。各评价指标原则上不能有缺失值。 当发现数据有缺失值，先判断是否为数据录入过程中漏掉，如果是录入过程中漏掉， 则根据原始数据及时补录，如果缺失值无原始数据且影响效果评定，则予以剔除。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Check, sort, and double-check the collected data for completeness and accuracy, and select appropriate statistical methods for analysis based on the data type. All evaluation indicators should generally not have missing values. When data missing values are found, first determine whether they are missed during data entry. If so, timely re-enter the original data based on the raw data. If the missing values have no original data and affect the effect evaluation, they should be excluded.
