研究目的：

本项目聚焦于城乡差异视角下永川区中小学生过敏性鼻炎流行特征及多因素风险评估，其研究目的主要为： 1. 将儿童过敏性鼻炎的精准预防和干预措施提供参考依据； 2. 为永川区中小学生健康管理和公共卫生策略提供参考； 3. 为优化公共卫生资源配置、制定针对高风险人群的干预措施提供数据支撑等。  

Objectives of Study：

This project focuses on the epidemiological characteristics and multifactorial risk assessment of allergic rhinitis among primary and secondary school students in Yongchuan District from the perspective of urban-rural differences. The main research objectives are: 1. Provide reference for precise prevention and intervention measures for allergic rhinitis in children; 2. Provide reference for health management and public health strategies for primary and secondary school students in Yongchuan District; 3. Provide data support for optimizing the allocation of public health resources and developing intervention measures for high-risk populations.

纳入标准：

1. 被随机抽选中的所在学校学生 2. 学生、学生家长获该研究的知情权，并自愿配合该项研究者 3. 学生或学生家长具备一定的阅读及理解能力，并能够配合调查问卷，回答问卷所需问题

Inclusion criteria

1. Randomly selected students from their respective schools; 2. Students and their parents have the right to be informed about the research and voluntarily cooperate with the researchers; 3. Students or their parents have a certain level of reading and comprehension ability, and are able to cooperate with survey questionnaires and answer the required questions.

排除标准：

1. 未被抽选中的所辖范围内中小学学生 2. 学生、学生家长未获该研究知情权，或获得知情权后不愿配合该项研究者 3. 学生或学生家长阅读及理解能力较弱，不能够配合调查问卷回答所需问题

Exclusion criteria：

1. Primary and secondary school students within the jurisdiction who have not been selected; 2. Students and their parents do not have the right to know about the study, or are unwilling to cooperate with the researcher after obtaining the right to know; 3. Students or their parents have weak reading and comprehension abilities and are unable to cooperate with the survey questionnaire to answer the required questions.
