研究目的：

比较电磁导航支气管镜手术术中喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉患者术中肺不张发生率及术后并发症发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the incidence of intraoperative atelectasis and the incidence of postoperative complications in patients under laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia during electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 20-80 岁；
2.ASA I-II 级；
3.择期手术；
4.同意参加本临床试验，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 20-80;
2.ASA grade I-II;
3.elective surgery;
4.Agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.肥胖（BMI＞30kg/m2）；
2.饱胃；
3.合并胃排空延迟、胃食管手术、胃食管反流等反流误吸高风险；
4.合并张口度小于 2cm、咽喉部肿瘤等可能导致喉罩放置或通气失败的疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.BMI＞30kg/m2;
2.The fasting and drinking time did not meet the standard for elective surgery;
3.There is a high risk of reflux aspiration such as delayed gastric emptying, gastroesophageal surgery, and gastroesophageal reflux;
4.Combined with diseases such as mouth opening less than 2cm and throat tumors that may lead to laryngeal mask placement or ventilation failure;

本研究随机化分组通过计算机生成的随机序列进行。两组比例设置为 1:1，随机序列使用区 组随机化，区组大小为 4。研究分配隐藏采用电话随机化方法完成。在麻醉术前访视时，由 一名不知晓患者分组及随机序列的麻醉一线医生评估患者纳入排除情况，并签署知情同意。 获取知情同意后，通过电话联络一名持有随机序列的二线麻醉医生确定患者入组，直接由二线麻醉医生根据随机序列确定患者手术当天的插管计划。

The randomization grouping in this study was conducted through computer-generated random sequences. Two groups of ratios are set to 1:1, and the random sequence uses the area Group randomization, with block sizes of 4. The research allocation hiding was accomplished by using the telephone randomization method. During the pre-anesthesia visit, by An anesthesiologist on the front line, who was unaware of the patient grouping and random sequence, evaluated the inclusion and exclusion of patients and signed informed consent. After obtaining informed consent, a second-line anesthesiologist with a random sequence was contacted by phone to confirm the patient's enrollment, and the second line was directly assigned The anesthesiologist determines the intubation plan for the patient on the day of the surgery based on a random sequence.
