研究目的：

本研究旨在通过对1例局部进展期胰腺混合性腺泡-神经内分泌肿瘤（pancreatic acinar-mixed neuroendocrine–non-neuroendocrine neoplasms，pancreatic acinar-MiNEN）患者实施不可逆电穿孔术（Irreversible Electroporation，IRE）联合多学科综合治疗（Multidisciplinary Team，MDT）的治疗研究的回顾性分析，系统探讨该罕见胰腺混合性肿瘤的临床表现、影像学特征及病理学特点，评估不可逆电穿孔术在胰腺混合性腺泡-神经内分泌肿瘤的局部控制及治疗中的安全性与有效性。同时，通过分析MDT模式在诊疗决策、围手术期管理及后续随访中的作用，进一步总结个体化综合治疗的可行路径与临床价值，为局部进展期胰腺癌及罕见混合性肿瘤的精准诊疗提供有益参考与实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a retrospective analysis of the treatment of one patient with locally advanced pancreatic acinar–mixed neuroendocrine–non-neuroendocrine neoplasm (pancreatic acinar-MiNEN) who underwent irreversible electroporation (IRE) combined with multidisciplinary team (MDT)-guided comprehensive therapy. We systematically explore the clinical presentation, imaging characteristics, and pathological features of this rare mixed pancreatic tumor, and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of IRE in local tumor control and overall management of pancreatic acinar-MiNEN. In addition, by analyzing the role of the MDT model in diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making, perioperative management, and subsequent follow-up, we further summarize feasible individualized comprehensive treatment pathways and their clinical value, providing useful reference and practical evidence to support precision diagnosis and treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer and rare mixed neoplasms.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前及/或术中取材的病理学与免疫组化结果提示胰腺混合性腺泡-神经内分泌肿瘤，且腺泡细胞分化成分与神经内分泌分化成分比例均≥30%；
2.诊疗过程中实施不可逆电穿孔术（IRE），并在多学科团队（MDT）综合管理下接受后续手术、放化疗及系统治疗方案调整（以实际治疗记录为准）；
3.病历、影像与随访记录相对完整且可追溯，能够回顾性呈现诊断—治疗—随访结局的纵向变化；

Inclusion criteria

1.The pathological and immunohistochemical results of preoperative and / or intraoperative samples suggested mixed acinar neuroendocrine tumors of the pancreas, and the proportion of acinar cell differentiation components to neuroendocrine differentiation components was ≥ 30%;
2.Irreversible electroporation (IRE) was performed during the diagnosis and treatment process, and subsequent surgery, chemoradiotherapy and systemic treatment plan adjustment were accepted under the comprehensive management of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) (subject to the actual treatment record);
3.The medical records, images and follow-up records are relatively complete and traceable, and can retrospectively present the longitudinal changes of diagnosis treatment follow-up outcomes;

排除标准：

1.病理学证据不足，无法明确诊断为胰腺混合性腺泡-神经内分泌肿瘤；
2.关键临床资料缺失且无法补全（如主要治疗经过、核心影像/病理结果或随访结局等）；
3.资料无法有效去标识化处理，存在较高个体可识别风险；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The pathological evidence was insufficient to definitively diagnose pancreatic mixed acinar neuroendocrine tumor;
2.Key clinical data are missing and cannot be completed (such as main treatment process, core imaging / pathological results or follow-up results, etc.);
3.The data cannot be effectively de identified, and there is a high individual identifiable risk;
