研究目的：

本研究采取随机对照双盲的临床设计，分别采集行为学指标和测验神经心理学执行功能、动机决策能力，以预测执行技能训练联合动机行为治疗对于ADHD青少年疗效的预测，同时使用神经影像学 fMRI 探索疗效的脑机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study adopts a randomized controlled double-blind clinical design, collecting behavioral indicators and neuropsychological tests of executive function and motivational decision-making ability, in order to predict the efficacy of executive skills training combined with motivational behavioral therapy for adolescents with ADHD, while using neuroimaging fMRI to explore the brain mechanisms of efficacy.

纳入标准：

ADHD青少年：①在我院门诊，按美国《精神疾病诊断及统计手册》第五版（Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, DSM-5）诊断标准、并经过K-SADS-PL会谈确诊为ADHD的12-18岁中国汉族儿童。②未接受药物治疗；或所接受药物治疗的剂量足量及稳定6周以上，且近6周内ADHD-RS量表减分率低于20%（近6周内减分率 = 6周前患儿ADHD-RS总分 - 患儿当前ADHD-RS总分）/6周前患儿ADHD-RS总分。③智商≥90。④经执行功能行为评定量表（Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function, BRIEF）评估后存在执行功能缺陷（即偏离BRIEF量表常模者）。⑤家长和孩子均签署知情同意书。 健康青少年：①在我院门诊，经过半定式的诊断工具 K-SADS-PL会谈排除精神障碍诊断的12-18岁中国汉族儿童。②智商≥90。③经执行功能行为评定量表（Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function, BRIEF）评估后存在执行功能缺陷（即偏离BRIEF量表常模者）。

Inclusion criteria

ADHD adolescents: 1. Chinese Han outpatients at 12-18 years old, who met DSM-5 and K-SADS-PL ADHD diagnostic criteria. 2. ADHD medication-naive; or had steady and sufficient dose of medication for at least 6 weeks, as well as the ADHD-RS scale reduction rate is less than 20% in the past 6 weeks (the reduction rate in the past 6 weeks = the total score of ADHD-RS before 6 weeks - the current total score of ADHD-RS before 6 weeks) / the total score of ADHD-RS before 6 weeks. 3. IQ>=90. 4. Had deficits in executive functions accessed by the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF) (had deviation to the BRIEF scale norm). 5. Both parents and adolescents signed informed consents. Healthy control: 1. Chinese Han outpatients at 12-18 years old, who were excluded from the diagnosis of mental disorders by DSM-5 and K-SADS-PL ADHD. 2.IQ>=90. 3.Had deficits in executive functions accessed by the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF) (had deviation to the BRIEF scale norm).

排除标准：

①排除共患听力视力障碍及其他神经、精神和躯体疾病。②排除存在进行头颅MRI扫描禁忌证者，如受试者存在幽闭恐惧症、梅尼尔病，体内有起搏器、金属植入物等。③近3个月有自杀尝试，或目前有重大自杀风险。④ 智商<90，或不识字，或无法配合完成量表测查及培训。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Excluded patients who had co-occurring hearing and vision disorders, other neurological, mental and physical diseases. 2. Excluded patients who had contraindications for MRI, such as claustrophobia, Meniere's disease, with pacemaker or metal implantation and so on. 3. Had attempted suicide in the last 3 months or are currently at significant risk of suicide. 4. IQ <90, illiterate, or unable to complete the scale test and training.

采用随机对照双盲设计，采用分层区组随机方法，根据是否同时联合药物治疗分为 2 层，每层 4 例为一区组，进入每个区组的患者将随机进入 4 种治疗方案之一，每个区组随机排列 24 种排列组合方式。

We adopt randomized controlled double-blind design and stratified block randomization method. Patients were divided into 2 layers according to whether combined with medication therapy at the same time. 4 cases in each layer were classified as a block group. Patients in each block group were randomly assigned to one of the 4 treatment schemes, so each block group had at most 24 kinds of arrangement combinations.
