研究目的：

1.研究角膜损伤修复过程中的病理变化机制 2.开发缝合治疗替代的新治疗手段  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the pathological mechanisms involved in the process of corneal injury repair. 2. To develop novel therapeutic approaches as alternatives to suturing treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁，具有完全民事行为能力；
2.因角膜白斑拟行角膜移植术，或因角膜损伤（如裂伤、穿通伤）拟行角膜缝合术的患者；
3.自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 years or older, with full civil capacity;
2.Patients scheduled for corneal transplantation due to corneal leukoma, or for corneal suturing due to corneal injury (such as laceration or perforation);
3.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重眼部感染（如活动性角膜溃疡、角膜真菌感染等）；
2.患有系统性自身免疫疾病、严重代谢性疾病或其他影响角膜病理变化的基础病；
3.有使用影响泪液成分的全身或局部药物史（如糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂）者；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe ocular infections (such as active corneal ulcer or fungal keratitis);
2.Patients with systemic autoimmune diseases, severe metabolic disorders, or other underlying conditions that may affect corneal pathological changes;
3.Patients with a history of systemic or topical medication use that may alter tear composition (such as corticosteroids or immunosuppressants);
4.Pregnant or lactating women.
